My tax return

Good day So i was auto assessed by sars earlly in june for which i did not request, then i received the rpevious company i worked for irp5 form which they submitted late not my fault and for that i got auditted which they said 21 days maximum its almost 2 months when i phone they say its escalated and nothing further can be done i have to wait but the lady inside sars says once escalated the matter will be resolved so all i need to know is how long do i still need to wait before my matter gets dealt with because nobody at sars can answer me its like they dont care
