My sars Refund money

Lynn and main attorneys are holding my sars Refund money which was deposited into my absa account that I was using before and they don't want to release it to my fnb bank account that iam currently using. They say iam still owing absa for a loan I I did the previous year and during the period I lost my job couldn't pay the loan.
