My refund please

Since l submitted my returns on the 12th of July till today l have not received my refund .they have asked for supporting documents which l submitted but when l check on my efilling the status is still say audit and it's on 30 days which is current after almost 5 months after l filed.why is there no one attending my case ,am no longer working and its almost Christmas l was hoping to get my refund so my kids can have a better Christmas like other kids.my tax number is ***,and my cell number is *** .please do something l need my refund
