My Income Tax Refund

Good day to Hellopeter I'm Rulani Nukeri (ID Nr ***), i have claimed my Income Tax Refund in July at SARS due to my Banking details change, i got delay of 21 days, after 21 days i had to go to SARS in person because I did not receive the money, I submitted everything that was needed. I went there July, August and September they even took me a selfie with my ID Book on hand but still haven't received anything. I keep on getting the message that says " your income refund is on hold due to my Banking Details being in the process Of verification we strive to complete the process within 21 days" I even lost the count of 21 days because it is overdue now. Please help me
