My ID Duplicate since 2014

Good day <br> <br> Please be advised that I recently found out that I share an ID number with another Lerato Sello who works for a cleaning company which I never worked for , my ID has been rectified with Home Affairs and still on pending and when I want to submit with SARS they advised me that I must go to the cleaning company which I don't and never worked for they must remove IRP5 documents that are under my name and I work at Autopage and I do have my recent IRP5 which I have to submit.<br> <br> Due to this I cant submit and never submitted with SARS because of this, I have been penalized by SARS because of this ,I cant do anything due to the Lack of service and the up and downs I receive when I want to submit. <br> <br> I don't think its fare that I have to pay for penalties as I cant do anything and I have advised the consultants there at SARS.<br> <br> This is very traumatizing as I have a Family, I cant get even my marriage certificate dues to this and my two kids have to go through all of this as I am their mother.<br> <br> Will be awaiting your response.<br> <br> L.
