Most *********** staff members. If possible wont rate them 1 star

One of the worse state entities, and that says much. The staff are unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and just plain disrespectful. My wife submitted her return start of July and then the nightmares started. She is just an ordinary worker at a company that earns a salary, pay medical scheme and no other benefits. Submits her return every year get the few rand SARS own her. They requested letter of employment confirmation, pays sheets for tax years 2022 and 2023 as well as bank statements for 24 months. Every second day correspondence are received with different messages. They spoke to my wife this morning and said that hopefully at 12 September they will decide whether they will require any more documents, what documents, her birth certificate or school certificate and throw the wedding certificate in as well? If only they were so diligent with those avoiding paying tax we would have a prosperous country.
