MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER FROM EACH PERSON IVE BEEN "ASSISTED" WITH

OH MY OH MY! Most draining and most terrible process ever! a process thats been going on since May this year , we in December and YET!!.. Unfriendly staff, rudely mannered most of them, unhelpful . Why dont you people employ more helpful people there's millions of people out there looking for work and get rid of all those lazy asses in your office! whats up with your help line if you guys keep cutting the call?? most pathetic organization ever!!
