Most *********** bunch of people

SARS really has the most *********** people. I was reviewed twice, submitted the same docs twice, today go the notification that the review is finalised without changes...called spoke to Karla who advised that the refund is now under review and it is an internal process that takes 60 days This is nowhere on their letters, it stated that the refund due will be paid in 72hrs it doesn't even make sense why after finalising the review which includes the calculation of a refund must it go for another so called review? I mean the actual refund calculated is part of the review finalised today. SARS is the first to have access to your money before you even get paid or paid out but when it comes to refunds and this time of the year when returns are being done their are always unnecessary delays and accuses to pay refunds. This is so pathetic
