Most disrespectful and obnoxious agent ever

Akani Mabasa who works for SARS as a call centre agent THEE most disrespectful, obnoxious, UNPROFESSIONAL, abrupt and condescending agent that I have EVER dealt with in my life, SARS should FIRE him, he must NEVER ever again deal with any client in any business, I have never been so disrespected and belittled by a service consultant in my life such as him. Our hard earned money is taxed every month so that he can get a salary yet he treats people like garbage. WORST CALL CENTRE AGENT EVER!!!
