Moneys paid to the wrong account

In February 2014 Sars paid an amount of R13262.99 into a standard Bank account which is a standard Bank account *** which was supposedly been my daughter's account( Ashana Ramkissoon.I Mr Bashanlall Ramkissoon who is the currator of my daughter's finances went to query with standard Bank and was told the account belongs to someone else other than my daughter and was referred back to SARS where i went since the o8 of February 2014 where in my last visit was this early February and was helped by the lady who identified herself as Rose and told me she sent the email to the head Office, which she promised that she will give me a feed back to date still waiting and my concern is what exactly is happening with the monies that were paid on an account which was not authorised to and even with Standard Bank how did they approve the payment hence the name was not in the initials and the name of the registered name?
