Money due to me

I have submitted my returns on e-filling and it was stated that SARS owe me money i then patiently waited to see money coming in my account and after 3 working days I became concerned not receiving money and I then called SARS to check what could be the problem, the consultant informed me to upload my proof of payment I made to SARS for me to get my refund it takes 21 working day I should count from the day I submitted, on Wednesday 19 August 2026 I got an email saying my case is being resolved in my mind am thing money will reflect same day since case is being resolved, I called in yesterday 20 August 2026 not seen money and I was told that still waiting for manager to approve for me to get my payment my concern is how many more days should I wait until Manager approve my payment because SARS owe me
