Mmamothibi at SARS

I waited in line for 30 min only to have a Rude Sars agent by the Name of MMAMOTHIBI drop the call in my ear because I didnt phrase ‘wait’ to her liking. My *** Call was made today -16 Jan 2026- between 15:30-15:41. She dropped the call in my ear. I Called back *** only to get Voice prompt that said line has been cut for the day. Mmamothibi drops the phone in my ear when I asked her to ‘wait’ while I look up the Dates she was asking for when my Deregistration request was made. According to her I didn’t phrase “wait” to her Liking , so Clearly that’s reason enough to drop the call in a Clients ear ? She made no attempt to Resolve My Tax issue because of this. 30 minutes of Airtime wasted, only to still sit with an unresolved TAX issue all because of a RUDE & unprofessional Agent dropping the phone in my ear. Is this the Service SARS Trains its staff to give to civilians ?
