MARK HANSEN - extremely unprofessional SARS employee

Took off from work to do my tax return, just so they can turn me away by MARK HANSEN as I stepped into the line. A very rude and arrogant employee, extremely disrespectful especially when mentioned he would be reported.

It was only 3 o clock, and I believe they close at 4PM. His answers was that the last ticket was issued at 1:30PM, and there's absolutely no notice or sign given, so how are we supposed to know that..

A lot of people were upset as they got turned away cause it's an effort to get to SARS.

I think that was really unfair as it wasted my time and petrol and also pay for unnecessary parking coming all the way from Tokai.

Now I have to leave work again early and spend more money on petrol and parking again, never mind the bladdy traffic I have to face AGAIN!
