MAKING TOO MANY MISTAKES

My company received a V.217e indicating that we have to pay penalties and interest for June 2015. When I look at the Statement of Account via efiling it shows nothing is outstanding. No documents were required to be uploaded. Then they hit us with a penalty for July which were done in August and paid before the end of August as it's done via efiling. Penalty for what? Not the end of the month yet.<br> <br> We have been waiting for refund for May 2015 and every time something else is requested - just so that SARS don't have to pay the company interest. We have still not received the monies.<br> <br> Seems as if SARS is falling apart - staff not competent.
