Lying, conniving , manipulative rogues, that will not stop to exploit loyal tax payers. I want what is due to me!!!

I've submitted my tax return for the year 2019. Initially an amount of R17091.00 was due to me. I however requested a correction and the new amount due to me was -R14964.23. I've been selected for an audit and the turn around time was 21 working days. I received nothing after the turn around time and queried the status. On my efiling profile i was requested to upload more documents, but there was no button that allowed me upload the documents. I called SARS and was advised that the amount was definitely due to me and that i should forward the requested documents to an email address, which i did. I also received confirmation upon receipt of the documentation ,with another turn around time of 21 working days. the period have passed and numerous phone calls within a period of 4 months was made, where I was advised that the assessment was completed and that a request would be forwarded to the auditor, to finalize the audit. I was assured on all these occasion that the amount is definitely due to me. The last call i made, i was informed that the supervisor had just received instruction or was to forward instruction for the refund to be finalized. Now after 5 months , you have the nerve to inform me that 23 cents is due to me. On the basis of what , i am a tax payer and you have not failed to collect the tax payment on a monthly basis from my employer, which i cant query. I incur medical expenses and above all, i abide by the rules. Why was an additional assessment done, why was it never brought to my attention, why is only 23 cents due to me, what happened to the R14964.00. I want factual feedback, as I am not happy with the outcome of the assessment. What ...do you want to have a Christmas party , with money that is due to me. All the calls made to SARS has been recorded. An expectation was created and i want my money!!!!
