Loss of Documents

We have had to take documents in three times and these are always getting lost. On the third attempt we are advised that the banks statements, lights and water etc. are now outdated and have to run around getting newer documents once again. On the visit today my wife was advised that because we have to go in regularly it will make SARS suspicious??? Of what? Their inability to resolve a problem?<br> <br> Is this just another plot to avoid payouts which are overdue?
