Long waiting que

I'm highly dissatisfied in the waiting time at sars today. I do understand that the staff is busy but come on waiting for more that 5 hours and still waiting. No communication is done between the tax payers and staff. On top of that people that came just now are being helped faster please review this as it is wasting a lot of time and is also unfair.
