Long over due Tax return

<p>I have submitted the tax return on the 28 and 29 and still today I have never got the results yet... When I call I'm told that my query has been with audit service for the past 30 days from the day I submitted when I call again they escalated my queue on the 14th September and today I'm told that it's still on the escalation and there is no turn around time...</p>
