Logged a Dispute over a month ago and no one has resolved or called me

<p>submitted my sars and i noticed i was not payed correct amount, i called the call centre and an agent told me there was an error while auditing and i should log a dispute. i logged a dispute on 19/04/2017 and till now it has not been resolved</p>
