Lodging a Grievience

Around July 2010 the following tax fees were paid to access funds for the organisation,NPO(tax fees for England=R13 600.00 and SARS tax fees R12 430.00)which reflects on the bank statement while funds were not disbursed into the account yet...all legal protocols were taken concerning issues around these funds without any clarity and would request assistant pertaining to the conclusion to the issues around these funds.
