In 2016 I went to SARS office in soweto and I put my RP5 paper and they told me that I don't have returns that year. But in 2017 January I received a money in amount of R1489.72 not realizing it a ***** money, and I used it.

Then in 2017 October I was amazed by my account bank being blocked and when I went to the branch in Welkom they tell me about SARS *****. And they said I must consult with SARS at this matter. I went to SARS Welkom branch. And the person I was talking to said to me I have returns for that year, but now I owe SARS I have to pay the dividends which it was R157.73.

Now my problem is between SARS and ABSA bank, my name is at SAFPS. I tried talk to SARS and they sent me to ABSA saying they didn't have a case with them, and when I went to ABSA they tell me I must talk to SARS and SARS must sent a email so that they can remove my name from ***** list and SAFPS.

May please help because now I tried to apply for home loans I can not qualify because of my name being in ***** list.
