Was told Audit takes 30days to complete... Its now pass the 30days and now im told they will escalate this query to the auditors and they take 21days to reply..

******* *****... They take your money but stall to repay you... Was told, if i log a Complaint, it takes 21days for them to respond to the complaint.. LMAO!!!

WHAT KIND OF TURN AROUND TIME IS THAT FOR A COMPLAINT?????

This is the reason i hate everything about this beautiful country....
