letter of demand issued to deceased

Sars is abusive. My dad passed on 2003. Sars want income tax for 2007 and 2008 which is R111 607.92 for both years penulty amount R8500 they are ********* they have changed my fathers residential addressed when i ask iam warned by their employee Dikeledi from sars saying sars will never assist me if i report their bad behaivor and exatly that happening.. Iam being blocked from ever sending emails to head office of contacting them.my life has been threatened because of my fathers estate,social development has knowledge of this.my fathers exspouse bribes senoir officials to access my fathers estate *******. Can i not be the next UYinene can anyone help. My father was a well respected man and this is how sars is treating me. Iam in debts with student loans because of sars,iam living a life that my fathers has not planned for me because of sars. My kidnapping would have been preventent if sars was loyal and trasparent as its claims to be
