LAZY SARS CALL CENTRE AGENTS

SARS should create a portal where you can report their lazy call centre agents who are privileged to be working from home, who drop your calls when you get to the front of the line. Its really annoying waiting 3 hours on the line waiting to be heard and the call back options aren't always available. Its sad to know our tax money pays people who doesn't want to work salaries! FIRE THEM AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT TO WORK!!!!!!!!
