Late estate back and forth

late 2025 i went to alberton branch, was given the run around like a headless chicken. Was told to open a late estate account , which is costly to open at ABSA it costs R500 and Nedbank one needs to make sure money coming is is more than R1mil.Eventually i went back with bank statement and all relevant documents on 16th July and the lady told me all was in order and should expect money after 21 days. When i called i was told to check a week after 9th Aug, still no money at the bank and this account chows R65 monthly. Again i called i was told there is mail that was sent, i responded no email from sars n then the lady told me I am missing proof of payment and i told her i submitted, even bank statement has my physical address, and submitted my wifi statement. Case number is *** received on 16th July 2026. These people are so ***********, its like they are not reading from the same hymn book, each of them has a differequest . I cannot go there to sit for 6hours and be told all is good and well then i have to go back to submit 1 document
