Lady captured my email address incorrectly.

Hi There

I visited the SARS Mitchells Plain branch today (been there since 8am left after 3pm.

The lady that assisted me typed my email address incorrectly and the mobile app doesn't allow me to change it.

Why must I spend 7 hours everytime at SARS and then the staff is ***********.

Now I have to spend my day tomorrow to call so that they may rectify my email address on the app.

I spelt out my email adress letter for letter and she still messed it up.

Pathetic service and then SARS has the audacity to say I owe them R2 750, because I didn't submit my tax return in 2023.
