Lack of Ubuntu under the department of SARS and no remorse in the bad service rendered

You go to the branch and still they don't help you. To make things worse is, they don't open weekend but all their correspondence are sent through every Saturday. Now I am here after waiting 21 days upon 21days to no avail as I am sent pillar to post. What kinda service is this when you give Ubuntu, they give you hell and dissatisfactory seevice
