Lack of Response on my Tax Returns

I write this review with some disappointment. Firstly would like to acknowledge the call back option that it is very useful as I always get my call back. My challenge is that though, every new call centre agent has no background information on my tax return issue and I need to keep on explaining myself. Secondly the agents are honestly not empowered to sort out my returns, instead confirmed it has been given to someone for audits. I made over four calls even asked to speak with a supervisor or the direct person who is dealing my returns as I have submitted all the documents they asked. I have been back and forth with sars for my return and nothing is being done I am super tired that I am still awaiting my refund, I have immediate family needs I would have love to use that money for however SARS always delays with these, and I don't know why. I leave my number and nobody gets back to me and this is so tiring and exhausting.
