Lack of information

Whilst SARS have good methods on many aspects the one area lacking I have found is the approach to emigration. I have been to there Edenvale branch twice to try and gain tax clearance for this. The first was because they required a Tax Representative. I got this and went back and resubmitted the forms. I am then declined again due to the bank balances and some other check with my bank. When specifically asked what the problem was niether consultant Hilary nor their Team Leader (cant recall the name) could tell me what needed to be fixed. I was refused the opportunity to speak to the person that declined the case so that I could understand and confidently approach the bank for what was required. I asked to speak to the manager - not available. Escalated to the Manager Neokhelo (Khelo) who would call me back - No call received. I fly in a week and am directionless, I cannot keep bouncing between the bank and SARS in this manner It is ridiculous! This is the service my tax - of which I am in \good standing"confirmed by SARS"
