Lack of customer service

<p>It is no wonder the revenue in this country is in such a mess. We are supposed to prepare to submit our tax returns for this year and yet our money owing to us from SARS has still not been paid from last year. When you owe them it is expected in full, immediately, so what gives them the right to take forever. It is no wonder there are problems because everything is left instead of getting in and getting the job done and completing the task. How do they expect this years tax returns to be successful if they have not even completed last years work??????</p>
