Lack of communication/feedback

I'm writing this review as the last resort as I don't know where else I need to complain to. I have for my tax return with SARS on the 22/7/2024 through e filing. I was requested to upload supporting documents which I did the 25/7/2024.After sending the documents it stipulated that my matter will be resolved in 21 days.Till today 18/9/2024 there is no communication or feedback from SARS .I called their contact center to inquire got reference numbers and was told the matter has been escalated ,still now no response. I request humbly to assist in this matter of why there is a delay and no communication from such a big institution. Tax number:*** Case numbers:******3
