LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I have been waiting for a response on my efiling audit for more than the allowable 30 working days and I have not been contacted since I have submitted my tax return and supporting documentation. This is unacceptable and I would expect that someone at least let me know that they are not going to make the deadline.

I originally did my efiling on the 2018/07/03, then resubmitted on the 2018/07/04, i have been waiting for some kind of response since then. i was giving a 21 day turnaround time but its been 3 months now and still no response , i think the next thing SARS will say i owe them i have been calling numerous times and i now have 4 different case numbers and i keep getting a response that it has been escalated.

I called today and asked that i escalate my issue of lack of communication or response, i was told escalation is only internal. SARS is a joke shame.
