L-I-V-I-D !!!!!

<p>i have been waiting for sars to refund me for quiet some time now ,, i have submitted all necessary documentation but i dont mind waiting however i have called the call center on numerous occasions to check why the refund is still pending and the agents always say they will escalate my matter i should wait 30working days and after every 30 working day from the last time i called i have called again ,, but i never get a call back and then today i made a call ref no ********** 22 and i spoke to the most rude most arrogant agent who constantly spoke over me and tried to belittle me by insisting that i should listen to her speak ,, she kept me on hold where the line goes dead as if its cut for over 10 mins only to to come back and patronise me by saying my 2016returns are under audit yet i am on the sars efiling page myself and the last notice of assesment that i have sent clearly states on the page under the tab selected for audit it has a big" N "which means no i am not under audit ,, then she puts me on hold again and she comes back with some other story and i immediately asked to speak to her superior she clearly put the phone on the side and forgot to put me on mute / hold and she carried on joking in the backround with her friends/colleagues by imitating me ..,, ,, now i can deal with SARS not paying my refund on time but being patronised as if i cannot read what is in clear blue black and white and being made a fool by the agent has made me furious ,, the level of disrespect to actually put the phone down or in her case on the side while i asked to speak to her senior as an active taxpayer has made me livid !!!</p>
