Keep auditing to postpone payment, but the are quick to take our taxes each month

I have done my tax on the 13th of July. I've been audited and submitted my documents. I got no feedback. Did it all over again. Audited and submitted and all was in order. Phoned after a month and a lady finally answered the phone.. Told me it should be resolved. Then out of the blue audited again. Submitted docs, told me an agent was appointed, but still nothing. I tried phoning a couple of times. Today I was number 400 in the que. After being on the line longer than an hour, the moment someone answered the line was dropped.
