To SARS in Pretoria CBD,Thank You Kagiso Monqwabe.This lady was the first lady out of all the employees I came across today at SARS ****h Septembers 2020) to assist me.All the other employees were harsh ,rude and impatient,especially the lady downstairs near the entrance who checks people's appointments on the system before letting you go thru.I didn't get her name BUT she was so rude,plz take her back to Customer Service Training,she definitely needs it. Kagiso Monqwabe,Thank You for the respect,the kindness,the patience and the extra mile.After you guided me on how to proceed online,I felt like I had just won the lottery,not being able to help my mom and her not being helped at SARS was really stressing me out.Thank You for not jumping or chasing me away without even hearing me out.May the Good Lord Bless U always.Your passion and patience for your job will definitely take you far..Stay Humble.
