I just tried to access my profile online and I couldn't, I log a request for SARS for assistance, the call me and advice that I should visit their branch.

Point 1. dont you think id be at your branch if I was not at work? 2. You do not work on weekends so when do you expect us to visit your so called branch. 3. Its high Time this pathetic institution move with the times, I mean the New government needs to shake their institutions and move away from this redundant mentality, I mean even vat has moved with the times and increased by 1%. 4. your website needs to be user friendly and allow us to upload any documents you may need for verification for our personal details.
