Just ridiculous

<p>I am going to keep writing reviews until i get a understandable answer.I received another email response this morning from SARS with the same automated response as the previous correspondence.</p> <p>I had to visit the branch 3 times after my documents was'nt loaded correctly.</p> <p>On the 16th August i went back and re-submitted all my docs again and was given a case number.I was told that turn around time for theres cases is 21 working days.What i mean by these cases is that Money was paid to SARS at a time it was'nt supposed to be paid.They asked me to submit proof of payment and i did.</p> <p>I was given another 21 days turn around time for esculation on the 14th of September which expiered on the 14th of October.</p> <p>I followed up on this case on the 17th of October and was told that there are no turn around time for these type of cases.I hope anyone can understand why i am writing review after review.I wrote one the 18th of October and no response.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
