Judgement not Cleared with SARS

Cerlina is frustrating me, I Eric Nkosi has judgement against and I was garnished for 6months and the deductions continued up to 8 months and I visited the office and Cerlina reversed 2months that wasn't supposed to be deducted. She promised to clear my record and she never did and I happen to know when trying to open account 1st week Feb I went to Alberton and I was told to again speak to Cerlina and after struggling to get hold of her I eventually spoke to her and she promised to send the file to court she later send me email asking for ITC report and I emailed and asked to inform me when received nothing and called the whole week no answer I even suspected that she has call Identity I was giving the no *** complaining that she forever don't answer calls.She came and she's telling me that she's not sure when is the driver will go to Alberton bcs it has to be take there.I am disappointed bcs I told her how urgent is to get cleared. and it seems as if it wont be attended soon as he never communicate and please someone help. This is too long waiting for information and not serviced proper
