Judgement listing for NOTHING !!!
<p>I was under the employ of a company for just over a year. In that period I reviewed a monthly salary and pay slip which reflected all the relevant deductions especially UIF, PAYE & tax.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok my submission of documents in tax season ending 2015 I was shocked to learn the company NEVER paid over the deducted amount to SARS. I then lodged all necessary documents to SARS.</p> <p> </p> <p>This year I have been to the SARS branch on 2 occasions submitting all my pay slips, affidavit, contract of employment, letter from previous company stating that they are aware that they owe SARS the monies.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I received the shocking news that SARS HAS PLACED A JUDGEMENT ON ME ON ITC !!! In shock I stopped everything and went to SARS for the third time to only hear that the legal team believes I am liable for the amount owed EVEN THO they had all the proof with them that these deductions were made against my pay and THE COMPANY is the one who de*****ed SARS.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I need to submit all the documentation AGAIN and plead with SARS to relook my case. I feel like I am being treated like a ********* although I have disclosed everything to SARS. </p> <p> </p> <p>It it depresses me that SARS has even gone so far as to LIST A JUDGEMENT against me on ITC !!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am extremely appalled at how SARS resolves issues and must say extremely heartbroken by their treatment.</p>
