It was my first time submitting via Online/telephonical

It was my first time submitting via Online/telephonical. I thought it was going to be stressful. Luckily I was Served by Bongi from Sars Soweto Dube. My telephonical appointment was at 9h30 in the morning. Unfortunately I was not able to answer the call and had two missed calls. I was worried that I missed the calls, but fortunately she called again around 11h00. Under the the circumstance of loadshedding, the line was bad.
