It is absolutely terrible trying to get in contact with them

It is absolutely terrible trying to get in contact with them. They have only a computer voice and no one phones back if requested. They have all my details but I cannot log on to e- filing as somehow I don't exist to their computer!! Been trying for 5 days to log on.
