Irritated and Annoyed with SARS!

After submitting my tax return, my case was submitted for verification where I needed to produce the unique document number on my ITR-DD form, however, I have spoken to 5 call center agents whom none of them knew about this and how it actually worked. All of them turned me away with no resolution at all. The ITR-DD form seems broken on the SARS website and NO one seems to listen to me ... its so frustrating and like I am speaking to a brick hall. i have a letter from sars requesting the UDN on my ITR-DD but when i call in then no one can tell me how it is generated.
