Insubordination being blamed on me, Bad attitude

I called Sars Alberton on our office line which has 8 separate numbers. Spoke to a Neal Titus who was disgusting in as far as manners. I completely forgot that this is a government organization that is for the people, as he even had the ordacity to tell me to even proceed and report his attitude, and this is it. The office line is ***. My case number/Ref number is ***. I would like an official apology from him and action taken against him to ensure that TAXPAYERS paying HIS salary are not subjecting to this nonsense!!! I am not a child, and no one is allowed to speak to me in this manner. <br> <br> To get to my case, I was asked to submit documents to a branch so as to have my audit concluded, which I did, to the Edenvale branch. After three weeks, I am told that these documents were not processed by the office for year 2011. I was now told to return to the branch which I refuse to do, since I am returning to the same branch to submit the EXACT SAME documents I submitted before. If your department has unqualified or lazy personnel, that should not be the fault of the taxpayer to rectify. If you want the documents, get them from the genius that decided to lose them!!!!!
