Inefficient and appalling

Inefficient and appalling. I do not even want to mention when you try to book an appointment what happens, when you finally get through to book an appointment you receive a date that is a month or two later. When you decide to do a walk-in early before they open at around 06:30-07:30, you get assisted at 16:30. Basically spending the whole day sitting and watching staff that doesn’t seem to have a clear structure of how to deal with all tax payers who arrived to be assisted, they will converse, laugh while the tax payers are waiting to be assisted. It is sad, customer service is nonexistent.
