Ineffective and insufficient tax verification turnaround time

<p>I did my tax returns and made sure everything was submitted way in advance, after this I found out that I was pulled for a manual intervention. I was told that this will take 90 working days, the full 90 days have now lapsed. I have been in contact with SARS since then almost everyday and all I'm being told that this is under review for manual intervention. Not only is this extremely ridiculous but I'm basically being told that they are still making use of their 90 days to sort this out. Hello SARS! You're 90 days are over. I want to resolve this but SARS representatives are not assisting me what so ever. This is pathetic to say the least</p>
