Individual tax number.

About 2 months ago, I registered for efiling and got a tax number for my business. However, I have been trying to get a tax number for myself for the past month or so. Every time I call Sars, the consultants are either rude or they tell me to just wait. There was one consultant who had tried to help me get an individual tax number using efiling, we did the whole process but it is still unsuccessful because it’s been 2 weeks since we did that but I still don’t have a tax number. I have tried everything to get an individual tax number which I need urgently because so that I can get paid at work. I literally don’t know what to do anymore.
