Individual biiled for Company's mistake!

E-filed on time. Orig. assessment said SARS must \pay"me x amount. Asked for supporting documents. Submitted it through efiling. Waited for (payment)response but got nothing. A month later I again submitted docs at SARS building Pta-North. Another month later I called the contact centre but got no real answers. Couple of days later I received a notification. New assessment says I owe (Y amount)SARS 10x the amount I should have gotten from them! No further information or explanation how they got to the number! \""Funny\"" how the amount is exactly the PAYE ammount stated on my IRP5!! Another notification says I owe them the Y-X amount. Receive another sms stating that their has been a mistake and I am not in arrears. Go to the SARS branch to get answers & really get nowhere because of the arrogant staff that doesn't want to assist! They now say the figures that the company I WORK FOR(NOT MY COMPANY) did not get through to their side and now I must pay!! I work for a company. The company pays PAYE & other taxes on my behalf"
