Indifference portrayed!

I am in the process of selling property. Only thing outstanding is the SARS certificate. Have been waiting for about 2 months. SARS is still hiding under the COVID-19 lockdown cloud! They refuse to commit to the time it will take them. On the other hand, I also dealt with City of Johannesburg who have been superb!
