Incorrect information,exceeded timescales, poor work ethicso.

<div>I submitted my tax return a month ago I made a mistake by submitting my previous tax return from 2015 as well due to the fact that my tax return for 2017 did not appear but later did and I submitted it as well. I briefed sars personally when I went into branah in Cape Town offices, where I was given a timescale of 21 days for my refund to be completed ,21 days past and I was a timescale of 30 days that past as well so I spoke another agent from Sars named Nombuso Ngxoti and her manager Xoliswa Makoma who layer told me that the evaluation would be indefinite. I have waited a long amount of time and have been run around enough times with regards to my tax refund, I am extremely distraught and mortified by the work ethic of Sars workers. It is completely pathetic and needs evaluation and I am talking about Sars agents themselves.Please help resolve this issue .case number ********** &nbsp;</div>
