Incopetency

I got ****med through my tax number and I'd no,now they say I owe them money,I tried reaching out to them, submitted all IRP5, bank statements,but instead they are taking my salary,they not investigating.i get OTP numbers even now,I don't know whose logging into my efilling.why aren't they investigating if they are not the once who ****med me.
